We're seeking a results-driven Performance Digital Marketer with a passion for data analytics and a demonstrated track record in driving successful marketing campaigns. This individual will excel in a fast-paced environment, strategically leveraging various digital channels to maximize customer acquisition, lead generation, and overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development and Execution: Design, implement, and manage performance-based marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including paid search (SEM), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-backed optimizations to enhance KPIs such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Market and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive strategies.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop a deep understanding of target audiences, utilizing segmentation and demographic research techniques to refine campaign targeting.
  • Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage marketing budgets across channels to optimize spend and maximize return on investment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in performance digital marketing, with a demonstrated history of successful campaign results.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Channel Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of paid search, paid social, display advertising, and other relevant digital marketing channels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics), bid management platforms, and ad serving technologies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present data and insights clearly.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing marketing strategies.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Experience in the finance or investment sector.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
