About the role

As our Operation Associate, you will work closely with the leadership team and every department within the company to ensure operational excellence in customer services and business activities. 

What will you do

As Operation Associate, you will be asked for various aspects of business operations, including but not limited to. 

    • Customer services: Work closely with the engineering team and CS team to resolve customers' requests in a timely manner.
    • Process Management & Continuous business Improvements: Lay the groundwork for various business processes to reduce wastes and improve services. You will be an agent of lean & operational excellence at Anfin. 
    • Initiative Projects: Work closely with the leadership team on various projects and be the central point of contact for project execution, ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner and with the best use of resources. 
    • Reconciliation: Reconciliation, monitor data between Anfin and partners.
    • Report: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report
    • Other tasks: Prepare documents, coordinate with others departments for solving issues, tracking and process deposit/withdrawal transactions,...

What you need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience experiences working in any Business Operation position (Customers services, Process Management, Project Management,), prefer to have experience in securities companies, banking, or start-up environment
  • Energetic and willing to learn and challenge yourself
  • Quickly handle arising situations and able to navigate through ambiguity
  • The great team works with excellent communication and coordination skills
