About the role
The Graphic Designer, in collaboration with other members of the marketing and product teams, will create engaging and on-brand designs for a variety of media.
Your designs should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to transform requirements into design and designs into feelings.
What will you do

Responsible for understanding marketing and product team briefs and converting that into appealing, highly usable graphic designs

Produce all artwork within technical and design parameters, including brand identity from conceptualization onwards

Develop all graphics for various applications such as social media, print, billboards, and signage

Work smoothly with marketing and products teams in a fast-paced start-up environment
Background Requirements

A degree or diploma in graphic design or visual communication.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design

Expert proficiency with leading graphics design tools (such as InDesign, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender,...)

Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography

Experience with 2D/3D Sketching, Digital Painting, video editing

Up to date with recent design standards and trends

Ability to communicate design choices clearly

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English is an advanced
