Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with Anfin’s Growth and Product team, leading the design and development of A/B testing
- Work with the Product team to evaluate the metrics to be monitored
- Suggest improvements/ recommendations based on the data insights to help business achieve the short term and long-term goal
- Conduct reports/ dashboards to track the changes in key important metrics (retention, churn, feature usage, email CTRs) and present to various stakeholders
- Design and implement an independent framework for answering analytics questions
- Support training for stakeholders to employ data analytics skills and tools
- Data Collection and Processing: gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Business Insights: Collaborate with different teams to understand their requirements and provide data-driven insights to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest data analysis trends and best practices, and continuously improve existing processes and methodologies.
Our Requirements
- At least 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst/ Data Scientist with the core product team
- Strong analytical skills (collect, organize, analyze, and convert raw data into insights)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
- Has performed test statistics (A/B test) on product features
- Proficient use of SQL (MySQL, Bigquery)
- Experience with Python programming language
- Experience with Product Analytics Platform (Google Analytics)
- Experience with Visualization Tools (Google Data Studio, etc.)
- Experience with building Data Pipelines (Airflow), Google Cloud Platform is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with traditional mobile measurement partners such as Branch.io, AppsFlyer, …
