Responsibilities
You will be working with the CEO to support fundraising activities and managing relationships with investors.
- Manage fundraising project timeline and key tasks, and ensure everything is on track
- Support making presentations for investors
- Collect, update and analyze financial and operational data for investor’s requests
- Provide accurate, consistent and timely responses to inquiries from investors
- Manage data room and work with various internal stakeholders to combine data and insights to answer questions from investors
- Maintain excellent databases and records of all potential investors
- Prepare and manage all the Investment documents
- Manage relationships with existing investors: providing regular monthly reports & updates, and writing responses to questions
- Research and write short synopsis of market updates for social media outreach
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications

Experience working at a Technology Venture Capital firms or at a similar role supporting fundraising activities

Excellent English written and verbal communication

Strong skill in making presentations

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Data-driven mindset and ability to complete both detail and high-level analysis resulting in compelling insights or actions

A strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data
- Willingness to travel if requested
