Your Responsibilities

As a junior member of the accounting team, you will have the opportunity to apply your fresh knowledge from university to various day-to-day accounting practices, and learn directly from the Chief Accountant to prepare for your career in accounting and finance.

Specifically, you will be in charge of payment operations, and documentation; and support daily operations to run various wealth management for users at Anfin. 

  • Accounting for payment transactions through banks
  • Check payment records and make weekly payment orders
  • Contact the bank to carry out the procedures with the bank such as: update change of address, phone number, owner, order creation personnel, order approval,...
  • Organize and maintain accouting documents
  • Support to collect documents/ invoices for contractor tax declaration
  • Support to collect documents/ invoices on input VAT declaration
  • Other tasks in the accounting team assigned by Chief Accountant

Our Requirements

  • University degree or above majoring in Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance-Banking
  • Open for Fresher/ Junior Accountants
  • Enthusiastic, hungry to learn and grow
  • Strong attention to details
  • Honest; Responsive, ownership, willing to take charge, and responsible for your work
  • Good communication
